Shelter to create dozens of affordable housing units

After securing the purchase earlier this month of the site where it has operated from for the last two year, the West Island’s only homeless shelter is setting in motion a project to create 59 affordable housing units for West Islanders with modest incomes who find themselves on the verge of homelessness.
